SHIPPING & RETURNS
I ship orders via the USPS. Orders are shipped First Class unless Priority is chosen by the Customer. The USPS has always delivered quickly and successfully in my experience. If you have any issue with a delivery please email me at Shelley@WhimsilyEverAfter.com and I am sure we can fix it.
It is the Customer's responsibility to make sure the mailing address is correct. Whimsily Ever After is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses given by the Customer. If you need to make a change to your address please contact me ASAP at Shelley@WhimsilyEverAfter.com and I will do my best to change the information on your order before it goes out.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive your order and anything is wrong with it email me immediately at Shelley@WhimsilyEverAfter.com and I will do my best to correct any problem. My goal is to make my customers, human and feline, happy.
